The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment in a fast-paced hospital setting.
Responsibilities:Utilize the nursing process with evidence-based practices, coordinate with healthcare team members, and deliver patient-centered care. Key duties include performing assessments, developing individualized care plans, delegating tasks, monitoring patient responses, and ensuring legal and ethical standards are met.
Qualifications & Skills:Current RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and a BSN are required. Less than 12 months of experience applicants must obtain a BSN within four years. Essential skills include patient care delivery, interdisciplinary collaboration, documentation, communication, critical thinking, and professionalism.
Work Environment:Join a neuro trauma med-surg unit with 32 beds, including ICU step-down beds, and a designated Comprehensive Stroke Center, serving diverse patients with complex needs.
