Mobile Maintenance Supervisor- Grand Junction

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will work in an industrial indoor and outdoor manufacturing environment, performing routine tests on raw materials, in‑process components, and final products. The role involves handling daily compressive strength tests, inspections, monitoring production, reporting process improvements, and overseeing a small team. This is a union plant position.

• Perform daily compressive strength testing of hardened concrete specimens
• Perform daily pre/post pour inspections on products
• Monitor production operations as required
• Report to management on process improvements, repetitive mistakes, and quality concerns
• Oversee a team of 3-4 individuals
• Receive and file raw material reports for documentation
• Act as contact for State DOT, ACI, NPCA
• Ensure plant readiness for internal IQAP assessments and annual NPCA audits
• Participate in and maintain implementation of Krinkle apps for assigned quality team members
• Maintain and implement all Oldcastle QSM (Quality System Manual) standards to comply with company policy
• Meet and maintain all DOT compliance as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have quality control experience in related industry
• ACI/PCI Certification preferred, or required to pass ACI Concrete Field Testing within 3 months and maintain certification
• Basic computer and tablet skills
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day
• Some travel required for trainings and certifications (less than 10%)

• The hourly pay rate is $39.55/hr
