• Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to their preferences.
• Have extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu; recommend, upsell, and confirm orders with guests.
• Assist in food assembly, check orders for accuracy, and review with guests prior to serving.
• Be a team player by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards during your shift.

• Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs; work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods.
• For California positions:
  Responsible Beverage Service Certification required (can be completed during training or within 60 days).
