Acting Store Manager - Banter Piercing Pagoda - Mesa Mall

Overview

The Acting Store Manager will lead a team to achieve sales and profit goals while maintaining a high level of customer service. This role involves training staff, managing inventory and P&L performance, enforcing company policies, and recruiting new team members.

• Maintain daily focus on team and individual standards to achieve sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Achieve profit margin goals by managing the P&L.
• Follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned.

• At least one year of retail management experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

• Base pay $20.67 – $30.00 plus commission on sales (final pay determined by experience and qualifications).
