Retail Display Installer – Technology

Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Retail Display Installer – Technology to join 2020 Companies. The role involves installing, updating, and repairing in‑store displays for tech brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. The position requires traveling up to 90 miles from your home, working Monday‑Friday with no weekend requirement, and submitting timecards within 48 hours of job receipt.

• Respond to field services management and update availability within 24 hours.
• Complete assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates, including installing and building displays, end caps, and fixtures.
• Complete job forms, images, and surveys before leaving the site.
• Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are functional.
• Participate in early‑morning or team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist team members and submit accurate timecards.
• Attend required training and certification programs.
• Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
• Be available for occasional weekend assignments.

• Age 18 or older, authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
• Physical ability to climb a ladder up to 10ft, lift up to 60lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
• Strong communication via phone, text, and email; create and upload photos and data from a mobile device.
• Must own an Android or Apple device and be able to navigate communication platforms.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation; willing to travel up to 90miles per assignment.
• Flexible availability Monday‑Friday, weekends and holidays as needed, including early‑morning or late‑night shifts.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Professionalism, strong leadership, and effective, respectful communication.

• $20.25 per hour.
