- Be an Owner: Commit to operational excellence, maintain work area, uphold quality and date‑control standards, secure merchandise, eliminate waste, assist members with purchasing decisions, and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage.

- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities, deadlines; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; adapt to change.
Hourly wage: $16.00 to $23.00 (plus or equal to the local minimum wage). Performance incentives are awarded annually or quarterly. Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
