Role Overview
The Retail Team Lead is a part-time position focused on delivering comprehensive solutions to customers through products, technology, services, furniture, and print offerings. They build strong customer relationships, support sales initiatives, and foster a customer-centric environment aligned with core company values.
Key Responsibilities- Drive print sales and ensure efficient print service operations.
- Process merchandise accurately, uphold visual standards, and implement process improvements.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through engagement, coaching, and community outreach.
- Perform external key carrier duties, including opening/closing the store and ensuring security.
- Support loss prevention, cash handling, and store safety procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong selling, communication, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills.
- Integrity, accountability, adaptability, and a results-driven attitude.
