Journeys is seeking a Store Manager to recruit, hire, train, and manage store personnel to achieve store and personal sales goals, control expenses, and to protect company assets while pursuing growth opportunities. You will lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment, oversee daily operations, drive loss prevention, and ensure a fun, full-service experience for customers.
