Your

Mission

As the Head of Sales, your mission is straightforward: grow Elite Cleaning Service with intention, consistency, and momentum. You’ll spend the majority of your time generating new revenue through strategic outreach, relationship‑driven selling, and targeted market expansion. You’ll also collaborate with operations leadership to ensure the promises you sell translate into the “Elite” experience our clients expect.

This role demands a builder who can create a scalable sales function, a leader who can influence and inspire, and a closer who knows how to win competitive deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Ownership — Build, manage, and optimize a high‑quality sales pipeline across commercial cleaning verticals
  • Prospecting & Closing — Pursue high‑value commercial contracts through outbound outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships. Convert qualified leads into long‑term, recurring revenue.
  • Market Expansion — Identify new markets, industries, and geographic opportunities to expand Elite’s presence and influence.
  • Relationship Development — Cultivate strong, trust‑based relationships with property managers, business owners, and community partners
  • Sales Strategy & Positioning — Refine Elite’s value proposition, pricing strategy, and competitive messaging to strengthen win rates
  • Marketing Collaboration — Partner with marketing to sharpen digital presence, improve lead generation, and support brand visibility
  • Client Retention & Upsell — Own the client lifecycle from first contact through renewal, ensuring satisfaction and uncovering opportunities to expand account value
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Operational Alignment — Work closely with the operations team to ensure new contracts are scoped accurately and launched smoothly
  • Quality Feedback Loop — Provide insights from the field to improve service offerings, pricing models, and client experience
  • Forecasting & Reporting — Maintain accurate revenue forecasts, sales metrics, and performance dashboards to guide leadership decisions

  • Proven Sales Performance — A strong track record of success in B2B or service‑based sales, ideally with recurring‑revenue models

    3–5+ years in B2B or service‑based sales with measurable success

    2–3+ years leading or mentoring sales teams or sales‑driven roles
