The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on one primary objective: creating a memorable shopping experience. We seek beauty lovers who can guide customers through their hair, cosmetics, skin‑care, and nail needs. The role requires knowledge and training, which Sally Beauty will provide, and you bring your passion and personality.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Provide suitable working schedules to accommodate all associates.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.

The position requires physical exertion such as standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items like shipment or record boxes. The work involves proximity to moving parts, carts, or machines and may include exposure to irritant chemicals.
