Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast‑paced, and includes both indoor and outdoor activities. Partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

• Comprehensive 10‑week training program
• Solid base salary with commission potential after being assigned a route
• Majority of work is a 4‑day workweek
• Majority of work is no nights or weekends
• Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

• Active driver’s license
• Minimum age of 21 years
• DOT medical certification before the first day of employment
• Documentation regarding previous employment
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• High School diploma, GED, or military service acceptable
• Strong customer‑service orientation and self‑motivation
• Positive attitude with ambition, organization, and service spirit

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year, comprising base salary plus earned commissions. The range considers factors such as skill set, experience, training, performance, and business needs.
