• Competitive Pay: $25-32 per hour with potential bonus earnings of $25,000-$40,000 additionally, annually

• Maintain and repair a variety of HVAC systems, from furnaces to mini splits and air conditioners

• Provide outstanding customer service—handle inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and a smile

• Mentor Junior Technicians and apprentices, helping to grow their skills and confidence

• Troubleshoot and fix issues using sound judgment, ensuring clients experience top-tier comfort

• Take ownership of projects, manage multiple tasks, follow processes and procedures, and consistently meet deadlines

• Work autonomously, starting your day from home and heading straight to your first job site, minimizing unnecessary commutes

Hiring Expectations:

• 2+ years of experience as a Residential HVAC Technician, with a strong track record in maintenance and repairs

• EPA certification and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently

• Self-motivated and capable of independent work, with a willingness to mentor junior team members

• Ability to pass a drug and criminal background check, and authorization to work in the United States
