Seeking experienced A&P Mechanics to perform aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications in a maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) environment. This position supports a variety of aircraft platforms and offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled maintenance team while ensuring all work is completed in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft and aircraft systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair airframe, engine, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
  • Conduct inspections in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
  • Read and interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and technical data.
  • Complete accurate maintenance records and required documentation.
  • Remove, install, test, and adjust aircraft components and systems.
  • Perform operational and functional checks following maintenance activities.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Follow all company safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with aircraft modifications, repairs, and return-to-service activities as assigned.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands‑on aircraft maintenance experience OR 3 years of corporate/business aviation maintenance experience.
  • Experience performing inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on aircraft systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical data.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Must have own tools required to perform assigned duties.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous MRO, service center, corporate aviation, military, or commercial aircraft maintenance experience.
  • Experience with major inspections, modifications, and return-to-service activities.
  • Familiarity with FAA regulations, maintenance record keeping, and quality standards.
  • Experience working independently with minimal supervision.
