Rivers is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Shop Foreman position! This position supervises equipment mechanics in repairs and training to ensure required maintenance standards and promote customer satisfaction.

- Supervising technicians engaged in repairs and maintaining mechanical shop equipment.
- Assist with processing of the work orders (i.e. estimates, narratives, etc.).
- Inspect all repairs in progress and upon completion.
- Must have complete set of tools to participate in repairs and instruct technicians in repairs to all equipment.
- Maintain accurate work records and assist both technicians and customers with repair quotes
- Complete use and knowledge of all computer base information aiding in repairs and to stay updated on new developments, product information, and solutions.
- Demonstrates continuous effort to improve shop operations, decrease turnaround times, and work cooperatively to provide quality customer service.
- Aid in technical assistances to our customer base when needed.

Rivers training path. - Maintains shop tool records.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a high working knowledge of agricultural, industrial, and forestry equipment functions and repairs
- Must have a clean MVR and insurable to drive.
- Strong technical background
- Knowledge on Service Department operations
- Able to multi-task
- Business casual dress
Shop Foremen must be capable of moving objects weighing up to 60 pounds unassisted. They must be able to maneuver on/under heavy equipment and around construction/agricultural sites with loose-footing and irregular terrain. In addition, they must be able to operate a motor vehicle both day and night.
Working ConditionsAs a Shop Foreman, you must frequently visit the service and repair shop to perform many of your tasks and duties. Within the shop, there are hazardous working conditions. There is risk of exposure to dirt, grease, fumes, cuts, bruises, strains, loud noises, etc. To combat these potential dangers and risk hazards, Shop Foremen must follow strict safety procedures, proper equipment safety, and PPE.
TravelLittle to none.
Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality is vital. Must attend work regularly and to arrive at work on time. Failure to do so detrimentally affects team morale and productivity.
Rate of pay commensurate with knowledge, experience and ability.
