Master Stone Installer ​/ Lead

Custom natural stone fabrication and installation company in Grand Junction is looking for a Master Installer.

The company specializes in custom granite, quartz, marble, quartzite, and natural stone projects that demand precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00pm to 05:00pm)

• Extensive experience installing natural stone and engineered stone countertops.
• Proven leadership experience managing installation crews.
• Strong understanding of templating, fabrication, seam placement, leveling, and field modifications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve installation challenges independently.
• Professional communication with homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality over shortcuts.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

This position requires travel throughout Colorado and neighboring states when needed.

• Be comfortable staying in hotels for multi-day trips.
• Be dependable and punctual while traveling.
• Be willing to work long days to complete projects efficiently and professionally.
• Able to repeatedly lift, carry, and maneuver heavy stone with proper equipment and team support.
• Agile, physically fit, and comfortable working in residential and commercial environments.
