Poppy Bank seeks a Maintenance Technician for rotating assignments across hotels in the local market. This contract (1099) position requires you to fix maintenance issues and perform repairs on equipment and fixtures across properties.
The technician will handle carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC tasks, install appliances, and repair walls, roofs and floors. On-call and weekend work are expected. Proof of liability insurance is required as a contractor.
