Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Driver Helper to join their team. As a Driver Helper, you will be part of the warehouse support team supporting delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have reliability, physical stamina, and a team-oriented attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Monday - Saturday, with start times as early as 2 am

What's the Job?

• Assist Sysco drivers in unloading produce and related items from trucks or trailers
• Help ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers
• Use manual handling tools such as hand trucks or dollies to load and unload merchandise
• Verify returned products and secure items to prevent damage during shipment
• Interact professionally with customers and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs consistently and work in hot or cold environments
• Some warehouse or manual handling experience (0-3 years preferred)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
