Driver Helper

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Driver Helper to join their team. As a Driver Helper, you will be part of the warehouse support team supporting delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have reliability, physical stamina, and a team-oriented attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $18

** Shift:
** Monday - Saturday, with start times as early as 2 am

** What's the Job?*
* + Assist Sysco drivers in unloading produce and related items from trucks or trailers

+ Help ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers

+ Use manual handling tools such as hand trucks or dollies to load and unload merchandise

+ Verify returned products and secure items to prevent damage during shipment

+ Interact professionally with customers and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or equivalent

+ Ability to read, write, and understand English

+ Ability to lift up to 90 lbs consistently and work in hot or cold environments

+ Some warehouse or manual handling experience (0-3 years preferred)

+ Strong teamwork and communication skills
