Got experience hauling heavy loads, pulling flatbeds, and keeping a yard running like clockwork? Leitner-Poma of America, Inc. is looking for a reliable team player ready to jump behind the wheel of a Dodge 3500, manage yard staging, and support our production crew by holding the role of Material Handler I - Driver.

This high-impact role keeps core operations moving by efficiently staging materials, managing yard logistics, and maintaining clean, safe work spaces. You will take charge of local transport and equipment—operating forklifts, driving company vehicles (including a Dodge 3500), and expertly securing and hauling heavy flatbed cargo. Beyond transport, you will partner closely with warehouse teams to receive inventory, cross-check shipments, and power the daily success of the production floor.

This is a full-time, hourly position hiring at $17.50 - $22.50 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications.

• High school diploma/GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with ability to operate company vehicles (e.g., Dodge 3500).
• Demonstrated experience pulling flatbed trailers and hauling heavy loads.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Previous experience with forklift operations.
• Authorized to work in the United States of America.
• Proficient in the English Language.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Previous experience in ERP system, specifically experience with SAP logistics transactions.
• Previous warehouse/parts management experience.
• Previous shipping, Fed-Ex, or UPS experience.
