We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to help keep materials, orders, and finished products moving accurately through our Grand Junction operation.
About the RoleThe Warehouse Associate plays a key role in making sure customer orders are received, organized, packed, shipped, and tracked correctly.
This is the role that helps keep the operation moving. Done well, inventory is accurate, customer orders ship complete and on time, production has what it needs, and the warehouse stays clean, safe, and organized.

What You'll DoAs a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory activity. You will work closely with production, customer service, shipping, receiving, and operations leadership to help meet customer deadlines.
Key responsibilities include:
Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, or job documentation.
Place, label, sort, and store materials accurately in designated warehouse locations.
Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment through freight, Fed Ex, UPS, delivery, or customer pickup.
Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy, completeness, visible damage, and proper packaging.
Help prepare custom air freshener orders, packaging materials, shipping supplies, and finished goods for customer delivery.
Load and unload materials from trucks and move them safely to the proper storage or production areas.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment safely, if certified.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventory support, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
Restock shelves, organize storage areas, manage bin locations, rotate materials, and keep supplies easy to locate.
Maintain inventory of shipping materials, boxes, labels, warehouse supplies, and related consumables.
Scan travelers or orders, generate shipping tickets, post shipments, and update order information in company systems.
Maintain shipping records, courier logs, and required documentation.
Use ERP, shipping, inventory, and Windows-based systems for order tracking and documentation.
Inspect products for visible defects or damage and report quality concerns to a supervisor.
Keep the warehouse, dock, and work areas clean, organized, and safe each day.
Follow all company safety, PPE, quality, and security policies.
Communicate with supervisors and team members to prioritize work and meet daily deadlines.
Provide cross-functional support to production, shipping, or other departments during high-volume periods.
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting, labeling, sorting, and order preparation.
Ability to read job orders, shipping documents, labels, and basic written instructions.
Basic math skills for counting, inventory, measurements, and order verification.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn ERP, shipping, and inventory systems.
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods in a warehouse or production environment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly, with assistance or equipment when needed.
Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, reach, and perform physical warehouse work throughout the shift.
Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when business volume requires it.
1–2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, logistics, or inventory experience.
Forklift, pallet jack, or material-handling experience.
Forklift certification, or ability to obtain certification.
