We are looking for a hands-on Accountant who wants more than a transaction-processing job. You will help shape the finance function of a growing business — building processes, improving accuracy, and working closely with operations.

Experience with
Epicor Eclipse
is a strong plus.

• Own day-to-day accounting: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Use Epicor Eclipse to process transactions, run reports, and maintain data integrity
• Process invoices timely and accurately
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax obligations
• Reconcile inventory and cost of goods sold with the operations team
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
• Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience in distribution, wholesale, or a similar industry
• Epicor Eclipse experience strongly preferred
  — GL, AP/AR, and reporting modules
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP
• Comfortable in a small-team environment where flexibility and initiative matter
• Self-directed and reliable; able to manage deadlines independently on remote days

• Ability to work on site 4-5 days a week
• Experience with inventory costing methods (FIFO, LIFO, weighted average) in Epicor Eclipse
