Assistant Clocker
LSP Grandstand - GRAND PRAIRIE, TX
OverviewPosition Type:
Seasonal Education Level: High School
Responsible for accurately documenting the timing of workouts each morning.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Dependability, good attendance, and occasional overtime required.
- May be required to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as scheduled.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Texas Racing Commission license.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Accurately times horse workouts daily.
- Enters data into computer and distributes copies as appropriate.
- Notifies ambulances, Outriders & Security when an accident occurs on the track.
- Coordinates the Workout Rule and first time starters for entries.
- Backs up timing system in trial races by hand-timing each race.
1. Ability to receive and maintain a valid TXRC license.
