Operations Product Lead Sr.
As an Operations Product Lead Sr., you will serve as the bridge between the shop floor and the program team, driving initiatives that make a tangible impact on program success. You will be responsible for spearheading key initiatives, developing and implementing recovery plans, and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between teams.
Spearheading Yield Improvement (YIT), Corrective Actions (CA), Cost Improvement, and other initiatives that drive program benefits
Serving as the programs voice within the Dallas Operations, keeping site leaders and staff informed of key program details
Developing and implementing recovery plans as needed to ensure program success
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and growth
StandardJob Description
Performs activities involving the producibility and quality of the product, and the processes that directly pertain, encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines: failure analysis, industrial, manufacturing, manufacturing equipment, process, product, quality assurance, reliability, supplier quality, Lean Six Sigma, test, and tool.
Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related engineering filed
Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance
Previous experience/interface with customers
Previous manufacturing/production operations experience
Desired SkillsProject management experience
Strong communication skills
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
