* ** Conduct on-the-job training for associates responsible for processing returned goods in the facility**
* ** Training should include, but is not limited to:
Scanning product codes to input data into company’s**
* ** computerized system for processing**
* ** Sorting scanned product into appropriate container locations**
* ** Inspecting the condition of product**
* ** Preparing product for disposition in accordance with the client’s contract terms**
* ** Maintaining a clean and well-organized work area**
* ** Answer questions and aid associates in meeting their daily production, accuracy, and safety goals**
* ** Ensure associates have all tools necessary to complete their job responsibilities**
* ** Ensure associates are provided with a safe, hazard free work environment**
* ** Escalate issues or concerns to the Production Supervisor or Team Lead**
* ** Follow all safety and facility operating procedures**
* ** Performs other duties as assigned**
* ** Complies with all policies and standards**
* ** High School Diploma (or its equivalent) required**
* ** 1-3 years of related work experience; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position required**
* ** Must be Bi-Lingual preferred (English and Spanish)**
* ** Good working knowledge of computers and other equipment used in processing product**
* ** Ability to work under time pressure and meet production goals**
* ** Ability to assist other operations within the warehouse, as needed and if applicable**
* ** Ability to meet set production and quality goals and follow standard operating and safety procedures**
* ** Ability to work with hazardous waste**
* ** Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment**
* ** Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills**
* ** Ability to successfully execute multiple tasks simultaneously, work efficiently, and meet deadlines in an atmosphere of frequent interruptions**
