Product Manager, Marine Heavy-Duty Coatings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, business, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within the coatings, marine, or heavy-duty industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of marine coatings technologies, their applications, and market dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to formulate and implement product and segment strategies.
• Willingness to travel within the region as necessary.

• Manage the regional product portfolio for heavy-duty marine coatings, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from development to launch and subsequent support.
• Create and implement product plans that address regional market demands, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, sales, and supply chain teams to guarantee product availability, quality, and competitive standing.
• Track product performance, market trends, and competitor actions to discover opportunities and identify risks.
• Provide technical support and training to sales and commercial teams to boost product knowledge and customer interaction.
• Supervise promotional efforts and product documentation in line with regional and global guidelines.
• Formulate and execute the regional marine segment strategy, ensuring alignment with the global business framework and segment goals.
