Subcontract Administrator Stf
You will be the Subcontract Administrator Staff for the Subcontract Administration team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑impact subcontract solutions that enable global sustainment of critical programs.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Subcontract Administrator Staff you will be responsible for shaping the full lifecycle of major subcontract procurements, from definition through award and administration.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for major specialized constructions, materials, equipment, and services.
- Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, and create clear evaluation criteria.
- Analyze proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, and recommend or select subcontractors.
- Administer awarded subcontracts, manage modifications, and coordinate with contracts administration and purchasing.
- Lead major projects, provide guidance without direction, and contribute innovative solutions and new concepts.
