• Manage day‑to‑day hospital operations, staffing, and scheduling
• Lead, coach, and support a high‑performing veterinary team
• Ensure exceptional client experience and patient care
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and expense control
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Partner with veterinarians to support medical and operational goals

• Veterinary or healthcare management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
