Job Description You will be the Contracts Management Sr Stf for the Contracts Management Team. Our team is responsible for providing supplies and services, managing contracts from capture through award and all phases of contract administration. What You Will Be Doing As the Contracts Management Sr Stf you will be responsible for overseeing the full contract lifecycle and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Coordinate contract solicitations, capture activities, negotiations, and award processes with program, finance, legal, and engineering stakeholders.

* Serve as the authorized Company representative to customers, building relationships and managing contract performance.

* Ensure contractual compliance with laws, regulations, Delegation of Authority, and approval requirements.

* Lead and support internal and external audits, providing documentation and verification of contract compliance.

* Collect contractual data, compile reports for corporate and business-area requests, and train staff on contract best practices. * Demonstrated DoD Contracting Experience

* Experience with all phases of proposal development, contracts negotiation and administration.

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.

* Experience with FAR/DFARs

* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

* Must possess a valid DoD Top Secret clearance required to start. Desired Skills
* Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) and/or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) with a demonstrated understanding of Government Procurement processes and regulations

* Experience working with Research & Development (R&D), CRADAs, OTAs, and other non-traditional contract and agreement types.

* Demonstrated experience working collaboratively and strategically with functional and program counterparts to drive business results.

* Experience supporting production, sustainment and sustainment development procurement of classified programs.

* Demonstrated experience in providing high levels of customer service, support and satisfaction.

* Experience working both independently and within a team environment

* Demonstrated ability to perform with a high level of excellence while under pressure and in a fast-paced team environment

* Experience working with and effectively communicating (verbal/written) with senior leaders to include program, company and subcontractors.
