Job Description *
* You will be the Project Management & Planning Operations Rep Sr for the Operations team. Our team is responsible for overseeing project execution, coordinating planning activities, and ensuring client satisfaction.
** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Project Management & Planning Operations Rep Sr you will be responsible for driving project success through effective operational management and stakeholder collaboration.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects.
+ Serve as liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management.
+ Review project status and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
+ Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client‑satisfaction goals.
+ Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and intervene to solve problems with managers and clients.

** MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN** - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
** Basic Qualifications*
* + Must be a US Citizen.
+ Ability to obtain a US Security clearance.
+ Ability to travel.
+ Ability to work multiple tasks and deal with competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
+ Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills.
+ Ability to interface with multiple levels of management both internally and externally
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
+ Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
+ Problem solving skills.
** Desired Skills*
* + Able to navigate and use MFC's Electronic Financial System (EFS)
+ Working knowledge of SAP and/or
+ CAM Trained.
+ Knowledge of EVMS processes.
-Working knowledge of Procurement processes including Lockheed Martin Material Acquisition Procedures and FAR.
+ Program Performance Management 101 or equivalent training.
+ Risk and Opportunity Management knowledge.
+ Experience reviewing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
+ Knowledge and experience of the Proposal Process, Risk Mitigation and Project Management as it relates to Supply Chain.
+ Previous experience implementing change to improve processes.
+ Ability to make strategic decisions while delivering results.
+ Previous experience preparing and delivering presentations.
** Pay Information*
* Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

** Benefits offered:

+ For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
