Summary
Reporting to the Commercial & Business Operations Manager, the Commercial & Business Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting customer satisfaction across North American Operators, while also supporting Customer Support Managers with standard and non-standard business cases, complex offers, and the organization, structure, and processes of the Civil & Government front offices.
This role requires close collaboration with Account Managers and Representatives, as well as a strong understanding of commercial policies and the various internal stakeholders supporting the front offices, including Production, Finance, Logistics, Corporate Business Partners, and Business Developers.
The Commercial & Business Operations Analyst is part of a dedicated team committed to delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Job Duties- Customer Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Customer Satisfaction for North America, collaborating closely with the Corporate CSAT team on ongoing initiatives, topics, and projects.
- Manage CSAT analysis, reporting, and results for North America
- Review all CRM reports and coordinate appropriate actions among key stakeholders across the organization
- Review existing Customer Satisfaction processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency
- Commercial
- Build and support alongside the different Key Account Managers, Business Cases internally and with Corporate in France to support Contracts
- Coordinate and support the Key Account Managers portfolio in terms of Contract renewal, amendments and ensure various commercial & legal policies are addressed and/or addressed using Offer & Contract review forms and risk matrix mitigation
- Operations
- Serve as the CRM FLY Key User, providing support to local US team for training, offer management, troubleshooting, and requests as needed
- Coordinate commercial aspects of the MRO operations in terms of priorities and deliveries i.a.w. applicable incoterm
- In charge of the various presentation and data reporting of the Key Accounts to different layers of management in the US and to Corporate
- Main interface with the Corporate Business Partner, coordinate the actions within the Customer Support team to ensure balance workload between the functions and teams
- Finance
- Assist the Commercial & Business Operations Manager in the Financial Weekly Reporting with local Finance and Corporate Business Management Team
- Participate in the development of the Mid Term Plan and 5 Year Plan, Budget, Regional Territory forecast data extract, compilation, analysis and comments.
- Coordinate Financial agenda to support the Annual Contract Performance Review Requirements:
- BS Degree in Business, Finance, or Technical / Advance Analytics Desirable
- +3 years' experience in the Aerospace or other high-tech Industry - vertical lift Desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently using both verbal and written techniques
- Excellent analytical skills
- Highly detailed focus

- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
- Training in Six Sigma or Process Excellence preferred
- Broad knowledge of Aerospace products and services desirable

- Travel
Approximately 10% Domestic and International.
Responsible for developing, maintaining, and tracking a travel budget relative to the territory assigned.
