Standard Job Description
You will be the Subcontract Management for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk COTS and complex build-to-print subcontracts.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Subcontract Management you will be responsible for overseeing supplier relationships, procurement processes, and contract execution across commercial, DOD, and international programs.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To- Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for high-risk subcontracts.
- Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and hold procurement delegation authority.
- Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.
- Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, evaluate proposals, and negotiate terms.
- Administer awarded subcontracts and manage change activities.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZENMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications- Must have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
- Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and Power Point
- Detail and teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Demonstrated problem solving skills, business acumen and ability to make business based decisions
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience managing complex subcontracts
- Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as FAR / DFAR / LMAP / and MFC Work Instructions
- Working knowledge of standard contract types
- Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within Defense industry
- Experience with LM S/4

Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00
