Job Description *
* You will be the Subcontract Management for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk COTS and complex build‑to‑print subcontracts.

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Subcontract Management you will be responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end subcontract processes, driving performance, and leading cross‑functional teams.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

+ Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate-to-high-risk COTS and build‑to‑print subcontracts.

+ Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and exercise procurement delegation authority.

+ Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.

+ Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, evaluate proposals, and negotiate subcontract provisions.

+ Administer awarded subcontracts, oversee change activity, and ensure compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.

** Basic Qualifications*
* Must have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and Power Point

Working knowledge of standard contract types

Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within

** Pay Information*
* Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00
