Job Description *
* You will be the Global Supply Chain Business Operations Manager for the Supply Chain Operations team. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional supply chain management and business operations to drive business growth and success.

** What You Will Be Doing:*
* As the Global Supply Chain Business Operations Manager you will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and coordinating business operations activities across functional groups. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

+ Provide strategic financial leadership to the Materials Cost Management team.

+ Coordinate generation of Material EACs/ETCs, sales forecasting, proposal estimates, and supplier reporting.

+ Ensure EVMS guideline adherence, risk analysis, and communication to senior leadership.

+ Collaborate with Material Estimating and cross‑functional leaders to align proposals with corporate policies.

+ Lead recruitment, training, performance assessment, and recognition of subordinate staff.

+ Partnering with various functional leadership, including Program Management, Operations, Contracts, Estimating, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment with corporate policies and achievement of business goals

+ Analyzing and resolving complex business operations issues, and developing and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness

** Basic Qualifications*
* Experience in Materials finance, Earned Value Experience, Leadership Experience, Analytical skills, Program Experience, Above average communication and organizational skills.

+ Able to transfer knowledge via training and guidance to other team members.

+

Experience with detailed financial analysis & providing management-level recommendations. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good organization skills.

+ Adept at Excel, SAP/SAP MRP and Material Sales Forecasting.

+ Ability to learn computer interface and perform basic business functions including application of cost analysis principles.

+ Experience supporting program with Earned Value Management (EVMS) procedures and policies.

+ Global Supply Chain Cost Management Experience.

+ Superior Excel experience.

+ Advocate for change and continuous improvement.

+ Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy.

+ Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making.

+ Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions.

+ Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements.

+ Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education,with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
