Job Description *
* You will be the Subcontract Management for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on complex subcontracts.

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Subcontract Management you will be responsible for leading multifunctional subcontract management teams to ensure cost, schedule, and technical excellence across commercial, DOD, and international programs.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

+ Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts.

+ Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and exercise procurement delegation authority.

+ Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.

+ Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, evaluate proposals, and negotiate subcontract provisions.

+ Administer awarded subcontracts and manage change activities throughout the contract lifecycle.

** Basic Qualifications*
* + Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent

+ 1 year experience in global supply chain, procurement, subcontracts, buyer fields or related experience.

+ Ability and willingness to work effectively in a fully virtual environment

** Desired Skills*
* + Demonstrated knowledge of DFAR and FAR regulations with hands on experience applying these rules and procurements.

+ Experience in SAP-based products preferred

3): $59900.00 - $111300.00

+ Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas-Fort Worth, TX;

4): $53900.00 - $100100.00

+ Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR;
