The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills, be enthusiastic and energetic, and able to work effectively in a team. Responsibilities include organizing activities, supervising campers for safety, and maintaining the cleanliness of the site. Prior experience with children is preferred, along with CPR certification.
