PrimaryResponsibilities
- Lead and direct all on-site construction activities, including supervising crews and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
- Interpret contract drawings to guide field execution and oversee critical construction activities, including concrete placement and testing.
- Champion DN Tanks' Accident Prevention and Safety Program (APSP), conducting weekly safety inspections and enforcing all policies.
- Mentor and develop field employees and Assistant Superintendents through hands-on training and DN resources.
- Own the quality assurance process, from inspections to punch list completion, ensuring tanks meet DN's high standards.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and documentation using Spectrum ERP and Field View platforms.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, engineers, inspectors, and vendors, representing DN Tanks with integrity on-site.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, and / or 6+ years of relevant construction experience with proven leadership in field operations.
- Experience with line & grade, formwork systems, and large-scale concrete projects.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, crane operations, and rigging requirements.
- Proficient with construction technology including iPads, laptops, scheduling software, and ERP systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively and manage remote project sites across the U.S.
- Strong communication, time management, and conflict-resolution skills.
