• Lead and oversee all aspects of commercial and industrial construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
  .
• Manage safety, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site coordination
  .
• Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams
  .

• Proven experience working with a Commercial/Industrial General Contractor
  .
• Hands‑on field experience and ability to manage multiple large‑scale projects.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed (but not a road warrior role
