Assistant Superintendent - Concrete, Tilt Wall Grand Prairie, TX
We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the successful delivery of commercial concrete tilt wall projects throughout the DFW market. This role will work closely with the Superintendent to coordinate field operations, maintain project schedules, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities- Assist with daily field operations on commercial tilt-wall construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics.
- Monitor project schedules and support production goals.
- Enforce safety, quality, and company standards on site.
- Participate in site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting.
- Track materials, workforce needs, and project documentation.
- 2+ years of construction field experience, preferably on commercial concrete tilt wall projects.
- Understanding of site safety requirements and construction sequencing.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic construction technology tools.
- Base ($100,000-$115,000) + Bonus
