A 200-person general contractor is hiring a Superintendent to lead tilt-up and large ground-up construction projects. This role will focus primarily on tilt-up work, which is strongly preferred, with large ground-up project experience also considered a great fit. Assistant Superintendents are also encouraged to apply.

• Manage daily field operations for tilt-up and large ground-up projects, including subcontractors and jobsite staff
• Assess project scope and site logistics while maintaining strict safety standards
• Track construction progress to keep work on schedule and within budget
• Coordinate closely with project teams, owners, and trade partners to keep large-scale builds moving efficiently
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout each project

• Prior experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent on industrial or commercial projects
• Background in tilt-up construction preferred or large ground-up project
• Strong planning and problem-solving abilities
• Clear communicator, both written and verbal
• Spanish speaking is a big plus
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent or large-scale projects
