Construction Field Supervisor | $70K–$100K

Window World is looking for an experienced Construction Field Supervisor to oversee residential window, door, and siding installation projects in the Grand Prairie area.
This isn't a desk job. We're looking for a hands-on leader who is comfortable in the field, knows residential construction, can hold crews and subcontractors accountable, and takes pride in delivering a finished project that both the homeowner and the company can stand behind.
What You'll Be Doing- Lead residential window, door, and siding installation projects from start to finish
- Supervise installation crews and subcontractors to keep projects safe, efficient, and on schedule
- Visit job sites regularly to inspect workmanship and ensure Window World installation standards are being met
- Verify proper flashing, insulation, weatherproofing, window operation, and job-site protection
- Conduct final quality inspections and customer walkthroughs
- Address homeowner questions and resolve job-site concerns professionally and promptly
- Work closely with production, scheduling, warehouse, and operations teams
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and keep projects moving
- Complete inspection reports, project updates, and required job-site documentation
- Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment
You may be a great fit if you have:
- 5+ years of residential construction experience
- 3+ years supervising installation crews or managing subcontractors
- Experience with windows, doors, siding, roofing, or exterior remodeling preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and installation best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A customer-first mindset and high standards for workmanship
- Ability to read project specifications and clearly communicate expectations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfort working on ladders and accessing roofs when necessary
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
$70,000–$100,000 per year
