Pollo Regio Corporate Office is looking out for a team member in Customer Service who has an excellent customer service experience via email, online chat, social media, and phone. The Representative should be professional and customer friendly. The ideal candidate will be a team player who will be able to work diligently and accurately and will possess a great problem‑solving ability to fix issues and ensure functionality.

Qualifications
  • Any college coursework or 2 years equivalent customer service experience
  • Familiarity with MS Windows and Office applications.
  • Being the front lines on the phones, email, webchat and our web form for customer inquiries.
  • Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated self‑starter
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Familiarity with Hootsuite and Review Trackers (strongly preferred but not required)
Responsibilities
  • Analytical - Collects and researches data and help prepare weekly reports.
