Major League Cricket is seeking an Associate, Ticketing & Accreditation Support to oversee ticketing operations, customer support, and stakeholder coordination for the 2026 Cognizant MLC season. Reporting to the VP, Ticketing, this role will be responsible for managing inbound ticketing queries, working in conjunction with Finance to ensure efficient invoicing and reconciliation processes, coordinating complimentary and paid ticket allocations, and ensuring smooth accreditation management across teams, sponsors, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
This is a hands‑on role that sits at the operational heart of the fan and stakeholder experience, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence before, during, and after events.
We are at a defining moment for cricket in the United States. Season 3 of Major League Cricket expanded across the country, including staging matches at the iconic Oakland Coliseum for the first time. The U.S. Men’s National Team is preparing to compete in the 2026 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup to be staged in India, and most significantly, cricket will return to the Olympic stage at the 2028 Los Angeles Summer Games, catapulting the sport into a new era of global visibility and commercial opportunity.
You’ll play a central role in ensuring the operational excellence behind every matchday experience. As Major League Cricket grows in complexity, visibility, and ambition, this role is critical to delivering the accuracy, coordination, and service standards expected by fans, partners, teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Respond promptly to all customer inquiries regarding ticket purchases, refunds, platform issues, or general information.
- Provide guidance to customers before, during, and after events, ensuring a positive fan experience.
- Handle refund requests, cancellations, and ticket exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Manage all sales invoice queries, providing accurate information and timely responses.
- Working in conjunction with Finance, generate, send, and close sales invoices efficiently, ensuring records are accurate.
- Issue and manage FOC (complimentary) and paid tickets for teams, sponsors, internal staff, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain records of allocations, usage, and returns to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to track ticket distribution and usage.
- Manage accreditation form completion and approval.
- Coordinate with relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive CRM records for all ticketing queries, sales, and stakeholder.
- Generate reports on ticketing performance, customer feedback, and invoice status.
- Provide insights and feedback to management to improve ticketing processes and customer experience.
- Proven experience in customer support or ticketing operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
