As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Claudia Davila – State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You also proactively market relevant products and services to improve the lives of our customers.

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
