The primary role of the Client Services Representative (CSR) is to deliver superior customer service across all interactions, including order entry, bid processing, product and service information dissemination, outbound sales and service follow‑up, and resolution of general customer issues. The CSR acts as a liaison between external customers and internal teams, identifies opportunities for added business, and compiles customer data for future engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support in all customer-facing interactions.
  • Process orders and bids accurately and efficiently.
  • Disseminate product and service information to customers.
  • Conduct outbound sales and service follow‑up communications.
  • Resolve general customer issues and requests and identify potential add‑on business opportunities.
  • Gather and compile customer database and follow‑up information.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1‑2 years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Strong teamwork, judgment, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and implement detailed instructions efficiently.
  • Effective listening and communication skills to analyze customer and employee needs.
  • Detail‑oriented, capable of multitasking and processing paperwork in a fast‑paced environment.
