Job Purpose

As a Guest Services Team Member at BOLDER ADVENTURE PARK, your primary purpose is to manage ticketing and park admission processes efficiently, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and professional welcome at the front desk.
  • Handle ticketing and admission processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while multitasking in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment, contributing to overall guest satisfaction.
  • Uphold company standards and policies in all interactions, representing BOLDER ONE LLC with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications
  • Required

    Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Required Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a front desk or guest services capacity; experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Required

    Skills and Abilities:

    Excellent communication skills; positive attitude and professional demeanor; ability to multitask effectively; strong problem‑solving skills; proficiency in using computer systems and software for ticketing and admissions; ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
