Clayton Pointe Apartments is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Leasing Agent with Res Man experience to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, have a bubbly personality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Greet prospective residents and provide tours of the community and apartments.

Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects.

Use Res Man software daily to process leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals.

Respond to calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with excellent customer service.

Stay informed about leasing specials, community features, and market trends.

Help maintain a welcoming, professional appearance in the office and throughout the community.

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).

Experience using Res Man (required).

Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask in a busy office environment.

Previous leasing or sales experience preferred, but not required – we will train the right person on leasing if you bring the right skills and software knowledge.
