JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide regulatory guidance to internal customers.
• Review technical data such as engineering drawings to determine the appropriate export classification.
• Make access control determinations for SHE USA's facility and IT systems.
• Classify products for export such as determining the appropriate USML, ECCN, and Harmonized Tariff Schedule classifications.
• Draft, submit and manage export authorizations.
• Interface with internal functions (i.e., Program Management, Supply Chain) to ensure all work processes are in compliance with U.S. trade regulations.
• Draft and update procedures, instructions, forms, and templates.
• Manage daily export activities including interaction with freight forwarders.
• Review international shipments to determine the proper export authorization.
• Provide compliance training to internal customers.
• Conduct investigations into potential compliance issues.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with compliance team on various projects, conferences, audits, assessments, reports, etc.
• Provide guidance and assistance on a broad range of export compliance matters, including:
• Technology Reviews, Classification and Access Controls
• Export Licensing
• Recordkeeping
• Audits
• Denied Party Screening/ KYC
• Incoterms
• Will perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be a U.S. person as defined as U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
• Basic Qualifications &
  
  Education:
  
  Bachelor's Degree Required and 5 or more years of relevant experience and practical knowledge in US export compliance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and similar software applications.
• Detailed knowledge of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR).
• Specifically, experience with:
