Your work involves diagnosing learner needs, building original evidence-based lessons without templates, and contributing to adaptive technology that extends your expertise to hundreds of students. • Leading adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
• Creating personalized, motivational learning experiences that engage students and foster a lasting passion for reading
• Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve your methods and generate meaningful, actionable insights
• Partnering with the technology team to assess and refine AI-powered literacy platforms

• Following pre-scripted curricula or published scope-and-sequence frameworks

• Cultivate a passion for reading in young learners

• Bachelor's degree
• Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students
• Capable of assessing reading levels, forming student groups, and developing differentiated instruction independently of pre‑written materials
• Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond dynamically to student interactions within these systems
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
