What You Will Be Doing- Leading adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
- Creating personalized, motivational learning experiences that engage students and foster a lasting passion for reading
- Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve your methods and generate meaningful, actionable insights
- Partnering with the technology team to assess and refine AI-powered literacy platforms
- Following pre-scripted curricula or published scope-and-sequence frameworks
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate a passion for reading in young learners
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Capable of assessing reading levels, forming student groups, and developing differentiated instruction independently of pre‑written materials
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond dynamically to student interactions within these systems
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
