* You will be the Automated Test Equipment  ATE  Test Engineer for the Advanced Programs Line of Business, supporting Long Endurance Electronic Decoy  LEED  Test Equipment and Test Software activities in Grand Prairie, TX   Our team is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of test systems, and you will play a key role in providing technical support, test equipment improvements, and troubleshooting expertise

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the ATE Test Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting test systems, providing technical expertise, and driving improvements to test equipment and software  You will work with a range of technologies, including Test Stand®, LabVIEW®, and CVI®, to control signal generation and measurement tools,  conduct Environmental Stress Screening  ESS ,  and functional testing

Your responsibilities will include:

- Designing and supporting test equipment hardware and software as needed

- Analyzing failures associated with test equipment and providing recommended solutions

- Troubleshooting and problem solving test equipment issues

- Collaborating with production teams to maintain test equipment uptime and support troubleshooting

MUST BE A U S  CITIZEN   This position is located at a facility that requires special access  The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance  An Interim Secret Clearance required to start

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related and 5 years of professional experience  or 3 years with a Masters , or equivalent professional experience

- Experience Designing Electronics Test Equipment, including Interface Test Adapters  ITA's  and Unit Under Test  UUT  Cabling

- Experience Designing Software for Automated Test Equipment  ATE

- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance required to start

** Desired

Skills:

* - Proficient with National Instruments LabVIEW and Test Stand

- Experience with Verification and Validation of test equipment for DoD products

** Security Clearance Statement:
** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
